We are reliable, hardworking people who have had the aspiration to start our own crane hire company for a long time. After continuing research and deliberation our ambition has lead us to assemble GP Cranes. Our names are Graham and Carmen Petch, we have two gorgeous children. We successfully purchased our first crane, a Tadano GR-160N (16 tonne City Crane) in 2020. We purchased a second crane in 2024, a Tadano ATF 40G-2 (40 tonne All Terrain). Our goals are to grow the company and hope to purchase additional cranes if the service requests are constant. We are excited to provide you with exceptional service and look forward to hearing from the great people in the Illawarra. 

The Tadano GR-160N (16 tonne City Crane) and the Tadano ATF 40G-2 (40 tonne All Terrain) can complete a wide rage of services. 

Examples of some of the work we look forward to completing but are not limited to:  

Lifting building materials, air conditioners, pools, water tanks, assisting with construction, concrete walls, beams, containers, loading trucks, moving heavy goods, etc. We are also excited for a challenge with any out of the ordinary lifting requests.
